After the Beep Returns Policy
At After the Beep, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted audio guestbooks. We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Below is our detailed returns policy to guide you through the process should you need to make a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging, including all components (batteries, chargers, cables, SD cards, and manuals).
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom items or personalized orders

Digital products, including but not limited to:
- Promo materials (videos, photos, or marketing assets)
- Digital downloads, templates, or other electronically delivered products

Unauthorized returns (items sent back without prior approval)
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. This fee covers the costs of inspection and reconditioning to ensure the product meets our high standards for resale.
EU Customers
Customers in the European Union have a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with EU law. During this period, items may be returned for a full refund, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us – Before sending your item back, please contact our customer service team at support@afterthebeep.com to request a return authorization. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Package the Item – Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
- The 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, including issuing a replacement or a full refund where applicable.
Digital Products & Promo Materials
All digital products and promo materials (including videos, photos, and downloadable files) are non-refundable due to their nature as instant-access items. All sales of digital products are final.
